Normally depend on the individual shops but typical daily business from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Many stores closed on Wednesday.

Directions:
Kitain is close to Honkawagoe Station, roughly 15 minutes walk away. In order to go to Honkawagoe Station, you must take a train on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.
