Kashiya Yokocho is a small shopping street. The stores mostly sell traditional Japanese sweets and cakes. If sweet foods is to your liking, give this place a shot. Among the
treats sold are various candies, rice cracker and cakes made from sweet potato and red bean paste.

Opening & Closing Hour:

Normally depend on the individual shops but typical daily business from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Many stores closed on Wednesday.

Closed: Most of the store are closed on Mondays or Wednesdays.

Directions:

Kitain is close to Honkawagoe Station, roughly 15 minutes walk away. In order to go to Honkawagoe Station, you must take a train on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.
